After graduation from the University of Southampton in 1996 I spent two years at Southampton General Hospital as a junior physiotherapist before moving to the Wessex Nuffield Hospital where I was actively involved in the Wessex Knee and Sports Injury Unit as well as working in elective orthopaedic.

I started up Walnut Tree Physiotherapy in 2003 to help clients with a wide range of musculo-skeletal problems.

In 2004 I gained my Diploma in Advanced Clinical Practice from the Society of Orthopaedic Medicine .

Over the years I have worked with British Swimming, British Gymnastics, British Diving and the British Olympic Association treating elite athletes in training and competitions.
